Our team has been finish the air con cleaning Job in Pokfulam. The job took full day for two team to complete the job. This house has split air con and fan coil unit at the indoor but using VRV system at the outdoor unit. The house is very pretty and elegent, but there has no access panel at the ceiling to repair / clean the air con. It made the job difficult and hard to repair while the water pipe was stucked. If you are going to renovate your house, we recommand you replace your air con at the same time. It is becasue we renovate our house once 6-10 years.
