How to find out the horsepower of your air conditioner?
To find out the horsepower of your air conditioner, you can check the information label / model of your air con.
For window type A/C, you can find the model number near the control panel or sometime under the cover. If you find the model number and google it, you will most likely find the horsepower of your model.
For split type / Window split type A/C, the information label is stick on the indoor unit (also the outdoor). It is usually located at the left / right hand side of your air con. For general air con , you will find it at the bottom of the indoor unit. The label lists the model of your air con, such as model number, BTU's.....
VRV air conditioner, you can find the information label at the outdoor unit/ machine.
