Can we share remote with different air conditioners - Hong Kong , Sai Kung
We visited David who live in Sai Kung ,Po Lo Che. He told us his air con is not function well and not making cool air con.
While we visit his place we found he is using one remote to control three air con. ( 1000 in 1 universal remote) The air con inside the bedroom both are Mitsubishi air con, and the one in the living room is Hitachi. As he said he can't turn on the air con by the remote, he will use the on off button/switch to turn on air con. This is one of the reason why the air con is not making cool air.
1: Because this on/off button only turn on the air con at/on 24 degree. you CAN'T change the temperature.
2: You can't change the MODE of the air con if you are not using the right channel.
3:Sharing a remote control with two or more air con is not good, because the function/setting of one air con maybe not the same setting of the other air con. In this case the reception of the electricity broad of the air con will get confuse. And you will need to turn off the air con and turn on again to make all the function work.
