How often do air conditioning units need to be serviced by professional?
The more often you use your air conditioner then the more often you will need to take care of it. Cleaning the filters once every month will help the air con function better. Ask professional to check and clean the air con once every year is what we suggest.

Look at at the Louver parts, if you find dirt / dust or fluff inside then it maybe the time to ask a professional to clean your air conditioner. (picture 1)
A professional will use special tools to clean your air con, such as high pressure water gun with special cleaning liquid. It usually take around 45 min to 1 hour to finish cleaning 1 (one) air con unit.
After a professional has cleaned your air-con, they will ask you switch on the air con for 30 mins to 1 hour to let all the parts dry completely.
